Almost Heaven saunas start at $4,485 for the 2 person Salem barrel with a Harvia heater included, the lowest heater-included price I found from a major maker. The range runs to about $50,000 for its largest Harvia Collection outdoor saunas.

Outdoor barrels
Barrels are what Almost Heaven is known for. Each listing includes a Harvia heater, usually a 6 kW KIP with dials, with upgrades to smart heaters for more money. The 6 person Princeton steps up to 8 kW, which needs a 40-amp circuit instead of 30. Almost Heaven says the Princeton heats to 180°F in about an hour.

The Allegheny cabin is Nordic spruce with an 8 kW heater, or a wood-burning heater for $15,006. The Harvia Collection models at the top of the range, such as the Alpina, list from $39,735.

The Hillsboro is a 2 person traditional room with a 6 kW Harvia heater rated to 185°F, so it needs 240V. The Hinton is far infrared and, per Almost Heaven, installs on your existing floor.
Cold plunge
Almost Heaven's Glacier pairs a cedar-clad tub with a 0.8 HP chiller, 37°F to 65°F, for $9,993.99. That is premium pricing; the cold plunge shortlist has cheaper chilled tubs.
