2 Person Sauna: Best Picks by Space and Power
The cheapest 2 person sauna with real heat is an outdoor barrel with a 6 kW heater, from $4,485. Indoors on a 120V circuit, a 2 person infrared cabin such as the Sun Home Solstice 2 ($6,199) or Sunlighten Signature II ($5,499) is the practical choice.

A 2 person sauna seats two adults upright. Sun Home lists the Solstice 2 bench at 45.2 inches wide, so two people sit close. One person can stretch out; two people who want room should look at a 3 or 4 person model. The size guide covers that choice.

The price is the cabin only. Add a heater, such as Redwood's Harvia KIP 6 kW package at $1,195.

Indoor, 120V infrared
Without 240V, a small infrared cabin is the practical option. The Solstice 2 runs on 120V and 2,006 watts but needs its own 20-amp circuit with a NEMA 5-20 outlet. Sunlighten and Clearlight do not list electrical specs on the product pages I read, so ask before you buy.
